Step 1:
The first step to increasing your self-esteem is to identify your strengths and good qualities.
Rate yourself from 1-4 in the following areas
1 = This is not one of my strengths
4 = This is definitely one of my strengths
Don’t feel like you should be a "4" in everything. Each person has his or her own unique strengths.
