Choose to See Possibilities

Whenever we face a conflict, we can look at it as a “problem” or as an “opportunity.” The creative response is about turning the potential problems that you see into opportunities. It is about choosing to see what can be done rather than focusing on how terrible a situation is. It is making a decision that you will get the best out of a situation.

In order to do this, you have to be willing to take risks and make mistakes. We must change our mindset from “perfectionism” to “exploration.” mountain

Perfectionism tells us that mistakes are unacceptable. It tells us that if we make a mistake, we fail. Perfectionism tells us that we shouldn’t take risks.

Exploration tells us that we can take a risk, grow, and learn from our mistakes. Exploration allows us to look at the possibilities in a problem and find a creative solution.
