Coping - Worrying
Worry is the process of thinking about the stressful situation over and over again. Each time you think of ways that things could go wrong or how you could fail.
Many of us have experienced this before a first date with someone that we really like. We imagine all of the things that could go wrong. We think of all of the things that we could say or that we shouldn't say.
Thinking ahead is a good thing, but worrying over something will only cause more fear and stress.
