Change is Stressful

Change is stressful, whether the changes are good or bad.

You've probably experienced quite a few changes recently. Moving to a new town. Living with new people. Changing schools. New expectations and responsibilities. New friends.

It's easy to feel out of place and disconnected during this time. It's normal to miss your old friends, hometown, parents, and even the food that you were used to eating.

The way you handle this transition is going to affect your academic performance, your health, your relationships, and your future. No pressure!
