Welcome Reviewers!

We understand that transitioning from high school to college is exciting, but it can also be intimidating. There are a lot of new experiences and responsibilities. You may be out on your own for the first time. You may be making choices about how to spend your time or your money for the first time.

For many college students, Greek life offers fraternity and sorority members a sense of family and lifelong friendships. There’s a connection and common purpose as Greek men and women participate in community clean-ups, fund raising events, blood drives and other philanthropic activities. Greek organizations offer academic support programs, incentives, and the opportunity to develop and grow as a leader. As members graduate and move on from their college experience, there are many career and networking opportunities through Greek alumni organizations.

We care about your success and want your Greek life experience to be the best time of your life (so far!). We want you to feel confident in your decisions, especially when alcohol is involved.

Our promise to you:

  • We'll keep things personal. You are unique and your college experience will be, too.
  • If you choose to drink, we will teach you how to be the smartest drinker at the party.
  • We will provide you with strategies and resources so that you can feel confident during this transitional time.

Over half a million students have taken a 3rd Millennium alcohol prevention course. We hope that through Greek-Wise, you will learn how your past and present decisions can affect your future. We want to help you avoid negative consequences related to alcohol.

Here’s an overview of how the course works:

  1. Tell us about yourself, your previous alcohol use, and your goals for this year
  2. Learn some basics about alcohol
  3. Create personal success plans, based on our personalized suggestions
  4. Develop strategies for avoiding high-risk drinking
  5. Have a successful and safe year!
