Cravings will come and go. They will be stronger when you first cut back. But the longer you go without nicotine, the weaker the cravings will get.

The best way to deal with cravings is to have a plan for when they come.

We have some ideas for things that you can do to help you handle cravings. These may or may not work for you. Be creative if you have to. Find ways to deal with cravings that work for you.
