There are a few things you’ll need to know as you navigate through the course. The audio button is located at the bottom center of the screen and can be turned "on" or "off" as needed.

Below the audio button at the bottom of the screen are three lines. By clicking on these three lines at the bottom of the screen, you can access additional options, including “Help,” “References,” “Contact Us,” and “Log Out."

You can log in and out as needed without losing your progress in the course.

Each page of the course will have a "next" and "previous" button at the bottom right and left of the screen. If you do not see the "next" button, check to make sure that you have finished the interaction or answered all of the questions on the page.

If a question is unanswered, you will see an alert sign. Please go back and answer the question so that you can move forward.

You can click on the Conflict-Wise logo at the top left of the screen at any time to return to the course home page. The course home page has links to each of the lessons as well as "Grades," "Help," "References," "Log Out," and technical support.
